UIDAI Government of India, Chandigarh has sought applications from retired Officers Eligible for Private Secretary on a Contractual Short-Term Service Basis for Posting in Chandigarh Regional Office by way of this UIDAI Recruitment 2023.
The UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notice has arisen for one post to be filled up with a Consolidated Monthly Remuneration to be compensated post-Appointment on a Short-Term Contractual Basis. As may be referred to the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Circular for Private Secretary Post, the Last Date for Duly Completed Application in the Prescribed Specimen Proforma is 30 Days from the Issuance Date of the Advertisement.

Job Post Vacancy UIDAI Recruitment 2023
The UIDAI Recruitment 2023 through official notification for only one post of private secretary for short term. Period of service shall be six months which shall be extended up to maximum two years.
Service Period and other Terms and Conditions: The initial joining is for only 6 months and the same shall be extended up to 2 Years as per the UIDAI.

Monthly Salary under UIDAI Recruitment 2023
Based on the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Officers post-appointment shall be entitled to the Monthly Salary under Pay Matrix Level explained hereunder.
Monthly Remuneration: Rs. 25,000 (Rupees Twenty-Five Thousand) only

Based on the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Vacancy Notice the Maximum Age Limit for the Eligible Applicants/ Persons should be aged as on the Closing Date for receipt of the Application.

Eligibility for UIDAI Recruitment 2023
According to the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Official Notification the Eligibility including Educational Qualifications, Post-Qualification Experience, etc. specific to the Post, shall remain as hereunder:
1) Eligibility: Retired Officers of the Central Government, State Government, Autonomous Bodies, and Public Sector Undertakings holding Analogous post in the Parent Cadre in the same Pay Matrix Level – 8 Or Pre-revised Pay Band-II (Rs. 9300-34800 Plus Grade Pay Rs, 4800) or Equivalent at the time of Retirement. Or
Having 02 Years’ Regular Service in the Pay Matrix Level -7 Or Pre-revised Pay Band-II of (Rs. 9300-34800 Plus Grade Pay Rs. 4600) or Equivalent at the time of Retirement. Or
Having 05-Years’ Regular Service in the Pay Matrix Level -6 Or Pre-Revised Pay band-II of (Rs. 9300-34800 Plus Grade Pay Rs.4200) or Equivalent at the time of Retirement.
2) Desirable Qualification/Experience: Good Stenography and Typewriting Proficiency.
Proficiency in handling Computers with Excellent Computer Skills.
Selection Procedure under UIDAI Recruitment 2023
The Selection Procedure for Private Secretary Post involves Viva-voce/Personal Interaction as explained in the UIDAI Recruitment 2023. The Individuals to be called in for Viva-voce shall be shortlisted on the basis of the Eligibility Criteria including Serving Experience, etc. The Candidates would be shortlisted on the basis of the Eligibility Criteria. Only Shortlisted Candidates shall be called in for Personal Interviews/ Interaction.
Period and other Terms and Conditions of Deputation: The Deputation Period for all 04 notified Posts shall span 05 Years. The Lending Department may relieve an Officer for a Lesser Period as per their own Policy/Rules, which should not be lesser than 03-Years in any case.
The General Terms and Conditions of the Officer Services in the UIDAI will be governed as per the Unique Identification Authority of India (Appointment of Officers and Employees) Regulations 2020 and Guidelines of the Central Government in this regard.
Based on the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, Eligible Candidates with Interest in Notified Private Secretary Post, should apply to the UIDAI in the Prescribed Application Proforma (Annexure-I).
The Eligible and Willing Ex-Personnel may apply in the Prescribed Applications should be coupled with the following Documents:-
i) Application in Prescribed Proforma Annexure-I.
ii) Photocopies of the ACRs/APARs of the Last 03 Years of his Service duly attested on each page by an Officer Not Below the Level of Under-Secretary or Equivalent; Or The Summary of the ACRs/APARs for the last 03 Years of his Service duly attested by an Officer Not Below the Level of Under-Secretary or Equivalent.
iii) Copy of Self-Attested – Pension Payment Order (PPO).
