The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has launched the Self-Paced Online Module Test (SPMT) Portal for candidates who have completed the prescribed learning hours for the respective Self-Paced Online Modules (SPOM).
This initiative allows students to take assessments for various ICAI modules through a flexible and accessible online system, giving them an opportunity to evaluate their understanding and progress.
What is the Self-Paced Online Module Test (SPMT)?
The Self-Paced Module Test (SPMT) is an online test platform that enables students to assess their learning in the Self-Paced Online Modules (SPOM). The tests are available daily, except on government holidays, across India and abroad. This means that students can undertake the test at their convenience, ensuring a flexible examination process that suits individual schedules.
Eligibility and Registration Process
To be eligible for the SPMT, candidates must have completed the required learning hours for the relevant Self-Paced Online Modules (SPOM), which can be accessed via the ICAI Learning Management System (LMS) at https://lms.icai.org/. Once the learning hours are completed, students can register for the tests on the SPMT portal.

Important Dates and Locations
