Section 401 of Companies Act 2013: Provision of value added services through electronic form
Section 401 shall come into force on 1st April, 2014 vide Notification No. S.O. 902(E) issued dated 27.03.2014.
The Central Government may provide such value added services through the electronic form and levy such fee thereon as may be prescribed
