Eligibility Criteria
For Deputation:
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Experience in Administration, Engineering, Estate, Finance, Stores, etc.
- Officers from Central/State Government, Semi-Government Organizations, Universities, Research Institutions, Autonomous Bodies, or Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) holding an analogous post OR at least 5 years of experience in Level-11 (PB-3, GP Rs. 6600, pre-revised).
For Direct Recruitment:
- Postgraduate degree in Arts/Commerce/Science/Engineering, MBA, or PG Diploma in Personnel Management.
- At least 5 years of experience as an Administrative Officer in Level-11 (PB-3, GP Rs. 6600, pre-revised) or 9 years of relevant experience.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in R&D organizations or teaching institutes.
- Desirable: Knowledge of Computer Applications/Management Information Systems.
Job Responsibilities
The selected candidate will oversee the following:
