Under the guidance and supervision of the Joint Secretary, Administration, NDMA, the Consultant is responsible for conducting fair and transparent system of recruitment.
Vacancies need to be filled through following the established procedures for hiring of staffs and consultants in accordance with the guidelines of NDMA. The assignment requires analytical and interpretive skill to apply NDMA policies, rules and regulations in the hiring process.
The Consultant needs to support a wide range of human resource development functions, which include supporting training and capacity-building programmes, delivering innovative solutions for strengthening professional culture in the organisation and supporting a nurturing and collaborating atmosphere.
Tenure for NDMA Recruitment 2023:
The appointment is made on a contractual basis initially for a period of 1 year which may be extended up to a maximum of another two years (02) (maximum of three years) subject to performance of the incumbent.
