MCA Notification S.O. 2433 (E) for Appointment of Chairperson NFRA.

New Delhi, the 25th May, 2022
S.O. 2433(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 132 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), the Central Government vide office order No. NF-12019/2/2022-ESTTNFRA dated the 6th April, 2022 appointed Dr. Ajay Bhushan Prasad Pandey as the chairperson of the National Financial Reporting Authority, with effect from the 1st April, 2022 (forenoon) for a period of three years or till the incumbent attains the age of sixty-five years, whichever is earlier.
The terms and conditions of service of the chairperson, National Financial Reporting Authority shall be governed by the National Financial Reporting Authority (Manner of Appointment and other Terms and Conditions of Service of Chairperson and Members) Rules, 2018.
