The minimum age for Class I is 6 years, and for Balvatika, it ranges from 3 to 6 years based on the level. You may submit KVS (Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan) registration form online for admission in Class-I at 10:00 am on March 7, 2025 and will close at 05:00 pm on March 31, 2025.

Registration for Class II and above will be started from April 18, 2025 to April 21, 2025 if vacancies exist in offline mode only. The duly filled up form needs to be submitted to the office of the Principal in the respective KV.

Non-KV students: Registration, display of admission list and admissions in Class-XI will begins after the admissions of KV students in class XI. Last date of admission for Class-XI is 30 days from the date of declaration of class-X results by CBSE.
Kendriya Vidyalaya Admission Important Instructions
List of children registered, list of eligible children, category-wise list of provisionally selected children, waiting list and subsequent lists has been hosted on the website of the Kendriya Vidyalayas concerned and it will also be displayed on School’s Notice Board.
KVSonlineAdmission.kvs.gov.in is exclusively portal for applying for online admission to Standard 1 in Kendriya Vidyalayas all over India for the academic year 2025-2026.
Please don’t submit multiple applications to the same Vidyalaya for the same child. Otherwise, the last application will be considered in admission process. However, In a double shift Kendriya Vidyalaya, each shift will be treated as separate Vidyalaya for admission purpose.

- Mobile number with Indian SIM card,
- Email address,
- Digital or scanned photograph of the child seeking admission,
- Scan copy of the child’s birth certificate,
- Government certificate details (If you are applying under economically weak section),
- Transfer details of parent/grandparent whose service credentials will be used in the application.
Your application is NOT submitted and your application data will NOT be visible to KVS until you receive an Application Submission Code from the online admission portal.

Once an application form has been submitted and Application Submission Code generated, the submitted application form cannot be edited.
