The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) recently published the dates for the Post Qualification Courses (PQC) November 2023 Examinations.

Results of the Post Qualification Course Examinations (“International Taxation Assessment Test” and “Insurance & Risk Management”) are likely to be declared on Tuesday, the 9th January 2024.
Eligibility: To be eligible for the ICAI PQC November 2023 examinations, candidates must have:
- Successfully completed the CA Final examination
- Registered for the PQC with the ICAI
- Paid the prescribed examination fee
- Must have completed 2 years of Post Qualification Experience
Examination Pattern: The ICAI PQC November 2023 examinations will be held in the form of a three-hour written examination. The examination will be objective type in nature.
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) vide announcement No. 13-CA (EXAM)/N/2023 announced the next exam schedule in Post Qualification Courses under Regulation 204 of the Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988. Fill up exam form for Nov 2023 IRM and INTT-AT exams.
Chartered Accountancy (CA) post qualification courses are Information Systems Audit (ISA), Diploma on Management and Business Finance (DMBF), Post Qualification Diploma in International Taxation, Diploma in Insurance and Risk Management (DIRM) and International Trade Laws & World Trade Organisation (ITL & WTO)..
ICAI Post Qualification Courses Nov 2023 examinations are only open for the members of the CA Institute i.e. a candidate must be a qualified chartered accountant. Therefore, students of CA Foundation/ Intermediate/ Final course shall be not eligible for ICAI Post Qualification Course examinations.
MAC Part-I, CMC Part-I, TMC Part-I, IRM, ITL & WTO, INTT-AT examinations will be held on the dates given below at the specified places/centres in India only provided that sufficient number of candidates offer themselves to appear from each centre. Therefore, the Council reserves the right to withdraw any centre at any stage without assigning any reason.

ICAI IRM Exam Nov 2023
The CA Institute has announced the next Insurance and Risk Management (IRM) Technical Examination time table for the month of Nov 2023. ICAI IRM Nov 2023 exam dates are 9th, 11th, 14th & 16th November 2023 for Module-I, Module-II, Module-III and Module-IV respectively.
ICAI INTT-AT Exam Nov 2023
The next International Taxation – Assessment Test (INTT-AT) examinations shall be conducted on 9th & 11th November 2023.
IRM Technical Examination and INTT-AT Nov 2023 examinations are of 3/4 hours duration and shall be held from 2 PM to 5/6 PM. for all papers.

IRM and INTT-AT Exam Form Nov 2023
Applications for admission to ICAI Post Qualification Course Examinations are required to apply online at pqc.icaiexam.icai.org. Examination form will be available from 2nd August, 2023. You have to submit IRM exam form or INTT-AT exam form on or before last date for 30th August, 2023.

Therefore, submit ICAI Nov 2023 forms for Insurance and Risk Management (IRM) Technical Examination and International Taxation – Assessment Test (INTT – AT) from 2nd August, 2023 to 23rd August, 2023. If you missed the last date without late fee, you shall be required to remit additional ₹600/- towards late fee in case the application is made from 24-Aug-2023 to 30-Aug-2023.
Note that the medium of ICAI post qualification examinations will be only English. You will not be allowed to appear and write answer in Hindi for Insurance and Risk Management (IRM) Technical Examination and International Taxation – Assessment Test (INTT – AT).
