DCB Recruitment 2023: Delhi Cantonment Board (DCB) has invited eligible candidates to submit applications from eligible candidates for the posts of Super Specialists, Specialists, Senior Residents and GDMO.
According to the official notification of DCB recruitment 2023, there are a total of 20 vacancies for the given posts. As mentioned in the official notification of DCB recruitment 2023, the upper age limit is 45 years for Specialists and 32 years for GDMO. As per DCB recruitment 2023 official notification, the selected candidate will be given a monthly salary of up to INR 140444.

Job Title and Vacancies for DCB Recruitment 2023:
Applications are invited for the following posts for the Cantonment General Hospital on purely contract basis as per the following:
I. Engagement of Super-specialists, Specialists, Senior Residents & GDMOs:
A. Super-specialists: Cardiologist, Gastro-enterologist;
B. Specialists: Obs & Gynac, Radiology & Ultrasonology, Intensivist ICU/PICU,
Surgery (with laparoscopy expertise);
C. Senior Residents: Medicinc, Radiology & Ultrasonology, Anacsthesia, Obs & Gyn, Orthopedics, ENT,
D. General Duty Medical Officers (GDMO) for Specialties: General Medicine, Obs & Gyn.
II. Empanelment of Visiting Specialists/Super-spccialists on Call/ Per Consultation basis in all clinical Specialties & Super-specialties like Cardiology, Gastro-enterology, Nephrology, Intensive Care etc.
Qualification for DCB Recruitment 2023:
Postgraduate Medical Degree/Diploma or equivalent in the concerned specialty for Senior Resident. In addition, for Specialists, minimum post qualification experience of 3yr/Syr respectively after postgraduate degree/diploma respectively.
Additional Qualifications: (a) Super specialists/Cardiologist/ Gastroenterology: DM/ MCh. or equivalent with minimum 03 year post-DM/ MCh experience of performing diagnostic & therapeutic super-specialty/Cardiac/ Gastro lab procedures like PTCA/GI endoscopies as applicable.
(b) Specialist Surgery: Expertise in laparoscopic surgeries,
(c) Intensivist (ICUPICU): additional qualification in Intensive Care/ Critical care medicine e.g. DM/DNB/Post-doctoral Fellovwship/Equivalent after post graduate qualification in Anesthesial Respiratory medicine/ Surgery/ Medicine (Pediatrics in case of PICU), with sufficient experience in ICU/ PICU.
Medical Council Registration: The applicant must be registered with DMC/IMC.
Age Limit for DCB Recruitment 2023:
Upper Age Limit: 45 years (Specialists)/ 32 years (GDMOs).
Relaxation in age shall be given as per rules and/or if suitable candidate(s) is/ are not available otherwise.
Salary for DCB Recruitment 2023:
The Super-specialists/ Specialists/ Senior Residents will be engaged on contract basis at monthly remuneration of Rs. 1,40,444/- (full time posts).
In the case of non-availability of full-time candidates for the posts of Super-specialists/ Specialists, on part-time basis at the negotiable hourly rates of Rs. 1200/- (Specialists) & Rs. 1800/- (Super-specialists). GDMO (Medicine/ ObsGyn): Rs. 1,18,033/ per month.
