ICSI Exam Schedule Dec 2022: CS Foundation exam dates for Dec 2022 are 27th and 28th Dec 2022. ICSI announces time table and date schedule for CS Foundation Programme December 2022.
CS Foundation Dec 2022 examinations shall be held on 27.12.2022 and 28.12.2022. CS Foundation Course examination is computer based i.e. OMR System comprising objective type multiple-choice questions.
Next computer-based examination for Foundation Programme shall be held in the month of Dec 2022. There are four papers in CS Foundation course viz. 1) Business Environment and Law; 2) Business Management, Ethics and Entrepreneurship; 3) Business Economics; and 4) Fundamentals of Accounting and Auditing.
As per ICSI official notification dated 17-June-2022, CS Institute is conducting CS Foundation Programme exams on 27-Dec-2022 and 28-Dec-2022 in multiple shifts. In other words, both days exams timings are from 9:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. in 2 batches with a time gap of five hour between every batch. Two batches for each paper of CS Foundation Dec 2022 examinations.

CS Foundation examination enrollment for Dec 2022 session last date is 25-Sept-2022. However, you may submit exam form upto 10th Oct 2022 with late fee payment.

Last Examination of Foundation Programme: December 2022
With the introduction of the Company Secretaries (Amendment) Regulations, 2020, the Foundation Programme of CS Course was discontinued w.e.f. 3rd February 2020.
In view of above, all Students of Foundation Programme (admitted prior to 3rd February, 2020) may note that the December 2022 will be the last session of Foundation Programme examination.
