ICSI CS Executive registration: Hurry up !! CSEET or CS Foundation passed students. Get registered immediately on or before 31st May 2023 in CS Executive stage for appearing in all modules in Dec 2023 exams.
You have to submit online application form for admission to ICSI CS Executive Programme. There is no physical form available for Company Secretary (CS) Executive registration for Dec 2023.
The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) provides online facility for registration in CS Executive course for appearing in December 2023 examination. CS Executive Programme is the second level of ICSI course. First level is CSEET and last or final level is CS Professional Programme.
ICSI conducts CS Executive examination twice a year in June and December. But admission to CS Executive course is open throughout the year. There are two routes for registration in CS Executive Programme course viz. CSEET route and direct route.
The nomenclature of eight papers of the Executive Programme under the new syllabus are as under:
ICSI Executive Programme Admission 2023
Executive course is only for 6 months period. Therefore, the ICSI accept applications for admission to Executive Programme nine months before appearing June/Dec Examination in all papers. However, if you register before 4 months of June/Dec exams then you will be eligible to appear in any one module of CS Executive exam.
Is there any entrance exam for CS Executive? CS Executive Entrance Test (CSEET) is being introduced w.e.f. February 2020 which is a mandatory qualifying test for all categories of students for registration to CS Executive Programme.
However, you may directly register for executive course if you fall under exempted categories of candidates viz. Chartered Accountants or Cost Accountants.
Note that there is no exemption has been granted to Graduates or Post Graduates. They also have to qualify the CSEET to become eligible for registration to Executive Programme.
ICSI Executive Registration Last Date:
For Appear in both Module: Register on or before 31st May 2023 for appearing all module of CS Executive Dec 2023 term of examination. CSEET passed candidates register online till 31.05.2023 for appearing in both Modules of Executive course examinations to be held in December 2023.
For Appear in one Module: If you will take registration in Executive Program between 1st June 2023 to 31st July 2023 then you can appear in only one module in Dec 2023 examination of the Executive Programme.
If you have passed in CSEET May 2023 and register yourself in CS Executive Program up to and including 31.05.2023 then you would be eligible to appear in all groups of the Executive Program to be held in Dec 2023 examination.

Register in CS Executive programme just before 6 months for appearing in all modules and before 4 months for appearing in single module in CS Executive examination. Therefore, CS Executive registration last date is 31.05.2023 for appearing in both modules and 31.07.2023 for appearing in any one module of Executive level exams to be held in Dec 2023.
CSEET Passing Validity:
CSEET passing validity is one year. That means, the date of result of CSEET should not be older than one year prior to the date of CS Executive registration. For example, if you have cleared your CSEET result announced on May 2023 then you must register yourself in CS Executive course on or before April 2024. Thereafter, you have to pass again CSEET for registration in CS Executive Programme.
ICSI Executive Registration Fees:
What is the registration fees for CS Executive? CS Executive course admission fee depends on the route of registration. CS Executive registration fee is ₹10600 for CSEET passed candidates and ₹15600 for the CA/CMA.
The fee for seeking registration for Executive Programme can be paid online either through credit / debit card / net banking / bank challan.
Students belonging to SC/ST Category are required to pay only 50% of the CS Executive course registration fee as applicable to the students under General Category.
A) For CSEET Passed (₹10600):
The following are the bifurcation of CS Executive Programme fee for CSEET passed candidates:
- Registration Fee of ₹2,000
- Education Fee of ₹6,500
- Pre-Exam Test Fee of ₹1,000
- One Day Orientation Programme Fee of ₹600
- Chartered Secretary Journal Subscription fee of ₹500 for one year. It is optional but recommended.
That means, you have to pay ₹10,600 for CS Executive registration, if you register after passing CS Executive Extrance Test.
B) For Direct Entry Route (₹15600):
Here is the detail of admission fee charged from CA/CMA for CS Executive Programme of ICSI.
- Registration Fee of ₹2,000
- Education Fee of ₹6,500
- CSEET Exemption Fee of ₹5,000
- Pre-Exam Test Fee of ₹1,000
- One Day Orientation Programme Fee of ₹600

Hence, CS Executive registration fee is ₹15,600 for Chartered Accountants or Cost Accountants i.e. CA Final course or CMA Final Course passed students.
Admission through CSEET Route:
How can I apply for CS Executive? ICSI CSEET passed students will register in CS Executive Programme after login their CSEET Account on SMASH portal. Just visit official website smash.icsi.in and register for CS Executive course.
Admission through Direct Entry Route:
Direct entry candidates can register online in CS Executive course at Institute’s website smash.icsi.in at online services option. You have to visit Student Member Application Software Hosting (SMASH) Portal of CS Institute.

ICSI CS Executive Registration Process for Dec 2023
This step-by-step process will help you to register in CS Executive Programme for CS Executive Entrance Test passed students.
Step-1 (Visit Smash Portal):
First of all visit official website icsi.edu and under online services click on Registration for CSEET passed students in Executive Programme. See the screenshot below.

Step-2 (Proceed to Registration):

Attention:-
Before proceeding to registration form please make sure that you are ready with the softcopy of the documents mentioned on this page.
- Photograph of the candidate
- Signature of the candidate
- DOB Certificate (10th pass certificate)
- Qualification Certificate (12th Marksheet or Certificate / CSEET Pass Certificate)
- Category certificate (Other than general)
- Identity proof(Aadhaar Card/Passport/Voter ID /Pan Card/Driving License/Ration Card)
Guidelines should be followed
- All the files should be present in one of the following formats (jpg, jpeg, png, gif, bmp, pdf).
- The maximum allowed file size is 2 MBs.
- File size of student photo should be between 20kb to 50kb.
- File Size of student signature should be between 10kb to 20kb.

Step-3 (CSEET Detail):
Now, you have to provide CSEET detail viz. CSEET Unique Number and CSEET Roll Number. Then click on submit button after entering the verification code shown on the screen.
Step-4 (Basic Detail):
Fill up the basic detail for new registration complete your incomplete registration for CS Executive Course after CSEET Passed only.
Basic information includes applied programme, qualification, name etc.
Step-5 (Request ID):
Note your request ID for future reference and click on next button.
You will receive your request ID in your registered email address and SMS will be sent to your registered mobile number.
Step-6 (Educational Detail):
Fill your parents details and your qualification Details and click on next button as shown in the screenshot.
Step-7 (Source of Information):
Fill source of Information, opt for the classroom teaching centres (Yes/No) and click Next button. Your amount payable reduced with ₹500 if you uncheck the option to receive Chartered Secretary ICSI monthly Journal.
Step-8 (Documents Detail):
Upload your required documents in addition to the recent colored photo along with signature as shown in the screenshot.
Step-9 (Preview):
See your complete details in preview window and click on “Confirm Application” button on screen as shown below.
Step-10 (Payment Mode Selection):
You will see the various payment options including Billdesk, Axis Bank and Kotak Bank.
Billdesk provides option to pay using your Credit Card, ATM Card, Internet banking and wallets etc.
Axis and Kotak banks provides option to pay through your Credit Card and Debit Card only.
Step-11 (Transaction ID):
On screen you will see the request ID and transaction ID. You must note that request and transaction id for future reference. Then proceed for payment as shown in the image below.
Step-12 (Registered to CS Executive Programme):
On Successful Payment, you will be registered in ICSI CS Executive Programme after passing CSEET. CS Institute will intimate you through email and text message (SMS) on your registered email id/mobile number.
