Admission /Registration/ Enrollment in CMA Final Course under ICMAI Syllabus 2022 commenced from August 01, 2022. The first exam under CMA Final New Syllabus 2022 shall be held in June 2023.
CMA Final syllabus for June 2023 is based on International Standards set by IFAC (International Federation of Accountants) and IAESB (International Accounting Education Standards Board) and Initial Professional Development – Professional Skills (Revised) through IEG (International Educational Guidelines).
Syllabus and its contents, scheme and/or pattern of examinations, are subject to modifications from time to time. Reference should be made to relevant notifications in this regard, as may be issued by the Institute from time to time.

Under the new syllabus 2022 of CMA Final Level examination, each groups consists four papers. Accordingly, you may appear in Module/ Modules as per your choice under new syllabus.

- Paper-14: Strategic Financial Management
- Paper-15 : Direct Tax Laws and International Taxation
- Paper-16 : Strategic Cost Management
CMA Final Group-IV Subjects
- Paper-17 : Cost and Management Audit
- Paper-18 : Corporate Financial Reporting
- Paper-19 : Indirect Tax Laws and Practice
- Paper-20: Elective Paper
- Paper-20A : Strategic Performance Management and Business Valuation
- Paper-20B: Risk Management in Banking and Insurance
- Paper-20C: Entrepreneurship and Startup.
The Institute is now introducing CMA Syllabus – 2022, which is mapped with the curriculums of national and international accounting bodies meeting the requirements under International Education Standards and covering the important aspects of National Education Policy, 2020 and would be globally relevant. It would be effective from June 2023 term of examinations.
