When CA Inter result will be declared?
CA Inter result JAN 2025: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has officially announced the CA Intermediate Result for the January 2025 term of examinations. Accordingly, the results of the Chartered Accountants Intermediate Examinations held in JAN 2025 are likely to be declared on Tuesday, the 4th March 2025 and the same can be accessed by candidates on the website icai.nic.in. The results of the Chartered Accountants Intermediate Examination held in JAN 2025 are likely to be declared on Tuesday, the 4th March, 2025 and the same can be accessed by candidates on the following websites:

In addition to above, it may be noted that for accessing the result at the above mentioned websites the candidate shall have to enter his/her registration no. or PIN no. along with his/her roll number.
Arrangements have also been made for the candidates of Intermediate Examination (Old course & New Course) desirous of having results on their e-mail addresses to register their requests at the website i.e. icaiexam.icai.org from 3rd March 2025.
All those registering their requests will be provided their results through e-mail on the e-mail addresses registered as above immediately after the declaration of the result.

You have to enter your Registration number or Bar code and PIN for downloading your Intermediate/IPCC admit card from above site. Note that barcodes for candidates who have applied for the exam using Physical/ OMR are 11 digits long and those who have applied online it is 10 digits long.
CA Intermediate Passing Marks
ICAI CA Inter passing criteria for JAN 2025: You have to score at least 40% marks in each paper and minimum 50% marks in aggregate of all subjects of each Group. In other words, you will be declared as pass in Group-I/Group-II if you got 40 marks or more in every papers of respective Group and at least 200 marks in aggregate of 4 papers of that Group.

CA Intermediate Pass certificate
Pass certificate will be issued by ICAI within 60 days from the date of declaration of result. Pass certificate shall be sent to those candidates who pass both the groups of CA Inter examinations, either together or group wise.
However, in case you do not receive your pass certificate, for any reason, within 8 weeks i.e. 2 months from the date of declaration of results, you may write to dms_examhelpline@icai.in
Withholding of CA Intermediate Result
The result of such candidates whose eligibility to appear in the exam could not be established for want of submission of documentary evidence by the examinees, when called for is liable to be withheld. Further, the result of candidates who indulge in unfair means is also liable to be withheld.
Such candidates whose results are withheld, will be sent a written communication in this regard soon after the results. There is no concept of “Improvement” of performance in CA Examinations. In other words, a student is not permitted to reappear in the group(s) of an exam already passed by him.

ICAI CA Intermediate Center-wise Result
The Institute shall also release centre wise CA Inter result JAN 2025. Immediately after result declaration of Intermediate JAN 2025 attempt, ICAI shall release passing detail on notice board of regional offices.

Who will be in Topper List in CA Intermediate?
ICAI CA Intermediate Merit List and Pass Percentage: You may click here to see the name of toppers and overall pass percentage published by CA Institute. If you secure at least 55% marks in aggregate then your name may be included in the merit list.
The rank holders list will be on all India basis. However, such merit list shall contain upto the maximum of 50th Rank holders name.
