The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has hosted CA Foundation mock test paper with solution for CA Foundation May/Sep 2025 exams. You may download and print both series of foundation course MTP with solution.
CA Foundation MTP 2025 with Solution
With a view to further encourage the students of CA Foundation to evaluate their preparation for the examination, the Board of Studies of CA Institute has prepared Mock Test Papers for Foundation Course students to assess their preparation for the main examination to be held in the month of May and September 2025.
The Board of Studies (Academic) is commencing Mock Test Papers Series–I from 22nd April 2025 and Series–II from 5th May 2025 for students of CA Foundation course appearing in May 2025 and September 2025 examinations.
The Mock Test Paper Series–I will be conducted in physical/virtual mode(s). Students interested in physical mode may approach the respective branches in their area. Mock Test Papers Series- I for students of CA Foundation course appearing in May/Sep 2025 Examination.
The Board of Studies (Academic) has scheduled its Mock Test Papers Series – I from 22nd April to 25th April 2025 for students of CA Foundation course appearing in May 2025 Examinations to be held during from 15th – 21st May 2025.

Answer Keys to these papers will be uploaded within 48 hours from the date and time of commencement of the respective paper as per schedule. Students can assess their performance by examining their answers with respect to the Answer Keys provided.

Is it compulsory to attend MTPs for foundation course? The answer is not at all. However, it is recommended that you should appear and solve all MTP in exam condition so that you are able to evaluate yourself before main examination.
Mock Test Paper of all subjects viz. Paper-1 (Principles and Practice of Accounting), Paper-2 (Business Laws and Business Correspondence and Reporting), Paper-3 (Business Mathematics and Logical Reasoning & Statistics) and Paper-4 (Business Economics and Business and Commercial Knowledge) shall be downloaded with solution.
All ICAI Regional Councils and Branches have been advised to conduct Foundation Mock Tests under examination conditions for the benefit of Foundation students in the months of Nov and Dec 2023. This would help them to assess their preparation for the main examinations.
