Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

Educational Qualification: The candidate must possess a Post-Graduation Degree or Diploma in Human Resources (HR) or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university or institute. This ensures a strong foundation in HR management, policies, and compliance.

Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience in the Public Sector, making them well-equipped to handle organizational HR functions efficiently.

Experience Requirements: The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles, with a preference for those who have worked in the Public Sector. Additionally, you should have:-

  1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  2. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly.
  3. Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
  4. Experience in HR policies, employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  5. In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

Job Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

1. Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement manpower resource policies aligned with organizational goals. Formulate a long-term vision for the HR function and drive change management.

2. HR Policy Development & Compliance: Design and standardize HR policies, contracts, and procedures. Ensure labor law compliance for both in-house employees and client sites.

3. Employee Relations & Performance Management: Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling. Implement performance management strategies to enhance productivity.

4. Leadership & Team Management: Provide strategic direction and leadership for HR operations. Research and adopt best practices to improve HR efficiency.

5. Recruitment & Workforce Management: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure a skilled workforce. Optimize manpower resources to meet the organization’s evolving needs.

6. Additional Responsibilities: Undertake any other HR-related duties as assigned by the management.

Terms and Conditions

  1. The appointment is purely on a contract basis for an initial period of six months. Extension will depend on performance.
  2. No allowances like DA, HRA, Medical, or Transport will be provided.
  3. Candidates are entitled to 30 days of leave annually at the rate of 2.5 days per month.
  4. Travel Allowance (TA/DA) will be provided for official travels as per company policy.
  5. BECIL reserves the right to terminate services without notice if performance is unsatisfactory.
  6. Candidates must submit a Police Verification Certificate within a month of joining.

Selection Procedure

  • Shortlisting: Applications will be shortlisted based on qualifications and experience.
  • Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a physical interview.
  • Final Selection: The decision will be based on candidate suitability, performance in the interview, and the decision of the Screening-cum-Selection Committee.
