Advanced ICITSS Test 2024: According to the official notification of ICAI, the next ICAI Advanced ICITSS – Adv. IT Test will be held on 24th Aug 2024. Submit online ICAI exam registration form for ICAI AICITSS – Advanced Information Technology Test – Computer Based Mode.

AICITSS Exam form last dates is 7th Aug 2024 for appearing in AICITSS exams to be held on 24-Aug-2024.

You are eligible to appear for the Computer Based Test only if you successfully complete Advanced ICITSS – Advanced IT course. ICAI has decided decided to conduct Advanced ICITSS – Adv. Information Technology Test – Computer Based Mode on 24-Aug-2024.

A candidate who is applying for the test for the first time will not be required to pay the test fee. Thereafter, you are required to pay ₹500 as Advanced ICITSS fee for exam centres in India. For Dubai Centre, the test fee will be USD $150 and for Kathmandu, the same will be ₹850/-.

Advanced Integrated Course on Information Technology and Soft Skills (Advanced ICITSS) – Advanced Information Technology Test (Advanced ITT) under Regulation 29D(iii), 51E/72E of the Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988.

AICITSS can be undergone anytime during last 2 years of Practical Training but compulsorily before appearing for CA Final examination under the Revised Scheme. Advanced ITT shall be held online- Home based mode in India and two centre abroad i.e. Dubai and Kathmandu.

Advanced ICITSS Online exam form

(Available from 03.08.2024 and last date is 07.08.2024)

This test is only for those students for candidates registered with the Board of Studies in the Final (Old/ New) Course should and have successfully undergone the Advanced ICITSS – Advanced IT course on or before 24th July, 2024.

No physical applications will be entertained. There is no concept of submission of applications with late fee. No change of centre will be permitted once opted.

This will be an Objective Type MCQ based examination of 100 marks having 100 questions of 1 mark each. There will be no negative marking. There would be no reading time.

Advanced ICITSS IT Test June 2024

  1. Online Application Form Starts from 3rd August 2024.
  2. Last Date for Online Form Filling is 7th August 2024.

  5. Timing of Examination: 10.30 AM to 12.30 PM.

Advanced ICITSS Test Fee:

A candidate who is applying for the test for the first time will not be required to pay the test fee. However, those who are applying for the test thereafter, i.e. from second time onwards will be required to pay a test fee of ₹500/- on-line through the payment gateway only.

How the application form (PDF) should reach the Institute?

There is no need to submit any print out of the application form at the office of the Institute. However, you may keep the copy of PDF for your own records at least till the release of admit cards.

Eligibility for Advanced ICITSS:

Candidates who have or would have successfully undergone the Advanced ICITSS – Advanced IT course on or before 24th July 2024 are eligible to apply for appearing in the above test to be held on 24th August 2024.

That means you have to successfully complete AICITSS course or going to complete the course on or before 24-July-2024 before appearing for Adv. Information Technology Test (ITT) – Computer Based Mode.

Requirement for passing the Test:

Qualifying marks is forty percent for Advanced ICITSS) – Advanced Information Technology Test. That means you have to secure at least 40% marks in test. Grading system in advanced ICITSS are as follows:

  • 85% and above= Grade A+
  • 70% to 84%= Grade A
  • 55% to 69%= Grade B+
  • 40%-54%= Grade B

There is no merit list concept in this exam. There is no provision for verification of marks or supply of certified copy of answer sheet.

Declaration of result:

Results will be hosted on https://advit.icaiexam.icai.org/ Candidates are advised in their own interest to print the same for their record. No separate statement of marks will be issued. No pass certificates will be issued.

Clarifications for completion of Advanced ICITSS and Advanced IT Test

CA Institute has issued clarifications dated 22nd December, 2023 on the requirement for completion of Advanced ICITSS and the Advanced IT Test thereunder, with reference to eligibility to appear in CA Final examination, under CA Regulations 31(v).

It is hereby clarified that students who have undergone only one, i.e. either GMCS/ GMCS-II/ MCS or Advanced ITT under the Final (Old) course, have to undergo the remaining component, i.e. Advanced ICITSS(Adv. IT) or Advanced ICITSS(MCS). They are not required to undergo Advanced ICITSS (Advanced IT and MCS) in its entirety.

It is further clarified that following is the position in respect of different categories of students who are required to undergo Advanced ICITSS and pass the Advanced IT test thereunder, with reference to their eligibility to appear in Final examination.

Final (New) Examination to be held under the syllabus approved by the Council under Regulation 31(v) of the CA Regulations, 1988.

CASE:1 Registered in Final (New) Course (registration for which commenced from 1st July, 2023)
